The artist duo Various & Gould has been an integral part of the Berlin urban art scene for over a decade. The two tackle major social issues in a playful way and find new, specific forms of expression in each of their series of works. In the process, their love of paper cannot be overlooked and thus their first book is long overdue. Just in time for their 15th anniversary, this bilingual monograph (German/English) presents the range of their work, deepened by essays by selected authors. On Friday, 25 October from 19:00 Various & Gould will present their newborn bookbaby “Permanently Improvised” at ATM Gallery Berlin, to which we would like to cordially invite you. Besides a selection of their wonderful gallery works, there will be readings by various authors, a yet secret performance and of course: THE BOOK – PERMANENTLY IMPROVISED.
